What is a kilo of ironing?Generally 4 adult shirts are equal to a Kilo or 5 / 6 T’ shirts. Size and material will make a difference

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

When do you collect and deliver?
We collect & deliver AM (between 9 am and 12) and Evening (between 6pm and 9.30pm)

Do I supply my own hangers?
No, we will supply them for you, however we encourage our customers to recycle them with us whenever possible.

Can I call in to the shop without phoning first?
Yes, come in any time. Our stores are open Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm and Sat mornings till 1pm

Does Club Card cost anything to join?
No, it’s absolutely free, and what's more you'll get your first service free (first 3 Kg’s) together with some exclusive discounts off your next 3 services.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free so long as you live upto 45 min drive time from your nearest store and your order is 3kg’s minimum or £15 or over in value. If your order is below either then a small charge is levied of £2.60 to cover our costs. (Terms & Conditions)
