We've changed the way we handle your laundry at the time when we collect it and when we deliver back to you. Safe handling has always played an important part in how we deal with your laundry and garments - and none more so than at this critical time.
Drivers will arrive at the pre agreed slot, AM 9.30 - 11.30AM or PM 5.30 - 8.30PM If it will be any different we'll let you know.
If you prefer we can call when we arrive , if your self isolating. Please leave your laundry in a safe and secure location outside of your door so we can collect it without approaching you. If we need to speak to you we'll call or email you. They will be wearing gloves and mask, and operating to safe distancing rules.
Please do not use baskets, we can only take bags or preferably our SWAG BAG
Our deliveries will be made on a schedule in an evening 48HRS from time of pick up. Again we will deliver back to you on hangers so we need somewhere to leave them hanging up, dry and safe. Payments are by cash or card (Preferably) and can be processed in a safe manner at your door, however you can pay by phone before we deliver.
Quality, and standards will not change and our guarantee of quality still remains as always.
